Flavours of Warsaw
For centuries Varsovian menus have been dominatet by gołąbki, pierogi, flaki, white kiełbasa, red borscht with uszka and chicken stock. But culinary symbols of Warsaw are cakes: “Zygmuntówka” – a reference to king Zygmunt III and “Wuzetka” – whose name comes from the route W-Z (Wschód-Zachód) meaning East – West. There are many places in Warsaw where anyone can eat this tasty cake. I recommend!
